Payment options
You can choose the payment methods available for each country- bank wire, transfer, credit cards or Paypal.
Pricing information
If not stated otherwise the price for fabrics is for one unit of fabric which is 10cm of fabric. In sections Print Your Own and Wholesale one unit is whole bolt.
For haberdashery stated prices are for one unit (e.g. one set of threads, one set of buttons, one thread spool etc.) or for one meter (for elastics and ribbons).
All prices are stated in EUR including Latvian VAT 21%. If you are buying as a company with EU registered VAT number, you will receive 0% VAT rate. If you are located outside EU, you will also have prices with 0% VAT.

Distance contract and return of goods
When placing an order on cotton-store.com the Buyer and Seller (SIA MUM, reg.no.42103096380) agrees on the following:
The seller sells and delivers, whereas the Buyer pays for the products of his choice according to prices and amount in the shopping cart.
After receiving the payment for the order, The Seller dispatches in stock products in 1-2 working days to the address provided by the Buyer.
In case of buying more than 3 meters of one type fabric it is possible that it might not be delivered in one continuous length due to technical reasons in manufacturing or printing of the fabric. This most often applies to Preorder softshell but might also apply to in-stock fabrics.
After receiving the products you have the right to return the products according to Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 1997 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. Please note that according to this directive Buyer can not return custom made goods, e.g. orders from Print-Your-Own section. According to the directive Buyer has 7 days to use withdrawal rights after he/she has received the products.
The return address is SIA MUM, Jaungožu iela 7, ciems Āņi, Ādažu novads, LV-2164. As soon as we will receive the returned products we will refund the value of the products by the method chosen when placing the order.
The Buyer pays for the return shipping.
If the products have been used or are damaged The Seller has the right to refuse refund.
